Preferred candidate profile
1. Experience: Fresher - 2 years in HR, preferably in the retail sector.
2. MBA/MSW
3. Fluency in Local Language & Tamil
4. Proficiency in HR tools, labor law knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills
