Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java and Microservices-based architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, microservices deployment, and project management. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful execution of enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex Java microservices projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Manage project timelines, resource planning, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure code quality and performance standards.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Track and report project metrics, milestones, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee deployment and post-implementation support.
• Manage third-party vendors and off-shore teams, if applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10-16 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 4+ years in technical project management.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-scale applications using microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration tools.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
