Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) TikTok Marketing Expert

Ad Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Maintain an optimal balance between budget allocation and performance.

Performance Optimization

Improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate) through A/B testing.

Optimize audience targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.

Creative Strategy & Execution

Develop engaging ad creatives aligned with TikTok trends and audience preferences.

Collaborate with designers and content teams for high-performing video ads.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance using TikTok Ads Manager.

Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for improvement.

Growth & Innovation

Stay updated with TikToks latest ad features and industry trends.

Experiment with new formats and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure all ads follow TikToks advertising policies and guidelines.

Maintain brand consistency and messaging alignment in all campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven TikTok Ads Experience Hands-on experience in running and optimizing TikTok ad
campaigns with strong ROAS.
Successful Case Studies Clear examples of past campaigns that drove sales, engagement, or
brand growth.
Creative Content Strategy Ability to develop compelling ad creatives tailored for TikToks
audience.
Data-Driven Approach Strong skills in analytics, audience targeting, and performance
tracking.

E-commerce & Marketplace Knowledge Experience in promoting products or onboarding sellers on TikTok Shop.
