Technical Skills:

• Able to Operate, Maintain, Manage, and Improve network cloud infrastructure

• Cloud Exposure i.e AWS/AZURE/GCP

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems to troubleshoot and finding root cause

• Able to analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response within the system

• Able to troubleshoot protocols like HTTP, SMTP, FTP, SMB, DNS and DHCP

• Extensive knowledge of Internet, computer, routers, switches, firewall, etc

• Able to gains exposure in some of the complex tasks within the job function

• Able to manage tickets which routed from Stakeholders/End users

• Knowledge of JIRA OR any other CRM tool

• Should be able to follows a documented process for query resolution within SLAs

• Able to learn new products as per project requirements

• Able to provide support and resolving customer s issues via emails, chat and phone

• Excellent communication skills
