Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Construction Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in constructing manufacturing plants, PEB structures, industrial flooring, and clean rooms. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of the Neovantage Science Park project in Bhopal, ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met, while effectively managing documentation, client expectations, and cross-functional coordination.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead overall construction project execution from planning to handover in PMC role.
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage construction of complex structures including PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), clean rooms, and industrial floors.
- Maintain strict quality control procedures and perform regular site inspections.
- Ensure proper document control, including drawings, submittals, reports, and approvals.
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports using standard project management tools.
- Collaborate and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Handle client interactions, updates, and escalations professionally and effectively.
- Conduct quantity surveys, cost estimations, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial construction, particularly manufacturing plants.
- Proven expertise in PEB structures, industrial-grade flooring, and clean room construction.
- Strong experience in project documentation, tracking tools, and quantity surveying.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to quality control and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal.
- Should be available to join immediately or within one month.
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials is a plus.
