Job Description:We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals to meet business requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job needs, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other channels to attract top IT talent.Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for technical roles.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage and maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficient recruitment tracking.Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates while ensuring alignment with company budgets.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and emerging technologies.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in using sourcing techniques like Boolean search and social media recruitment.
