Duties and Responsibilities:
As part of the team, you will:As a L2/L1 application support specialist having experience in Windows/Linux, SQL, UNIX, Scripts, python Node JS (Code understanding/debugging/Development)Open to work under 24*7 model and other holidays as required by the business Good to have the ability to identity the front end/back end issuesRespond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges Prioritizing the workload of the Application Support teamAble to work on Metrics and Reports Managing the Issue Management Process and Reviewing potential areas for service improvement Providing technical leadership and input on application/infrastructure gaps and potential issue areasNeed to be involved in automation and process improvement related tasksInteracting with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve CS/Application issues
Designing metrics for reporting and guiding the L1/L2 teams to create SOP for new processes.
Maintaining application monitoring and reviewIdeal candidate should have understanding on incident, request and problem management process E-commerce experience and experience with any BI tool is added advantage
Qualification Skills:
5+ years of experience in Production support Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field in a reputed institutionHands-on/code debugging experience in Node JS and Python Database:
SQL, OracleOS: UNIX, WindowsExperience in debugging through logsTools: BI, Grafana, Kibana, Dynatrace, Splunk etc.,
Keyskills: Support Analysis Kibana BI Dynatrace Splunk Grafana SQL Python UNIX
