About this Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst with a strong interest in sales within the eCommerce vertical. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that bridges the gap between customer requirements and sales enablement. You will lead client interactions, identify needs, translate them into actionable insights, and help drive solution adoption.
Our eCommerce services cater to a wide range of industriesincluding healthcare, electrical goods, cosmetics, industrial equipment, and consumer productsoffering a dynamic, industry-agnostic environment. Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Execution
- Directly engage with clients to identify business requirements and propose relevant eCommerce and digital solutions.
- Serve as the primary customer interface from initial contact through to requirement finalization and project onboarding.
- Prepare tailored proposals, pitches, and demonstrations to support pre-sales and sales conversion.
Business Analysis & Delivery Support
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering, documentation, and gap analysis for both new and existing projects.
- Clarify project scope and expectations between the development team and the client.
- Propose feasible solutions aligned with the clients technical and budget constraints.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, delivery, marketing).
- Perform business domain research based on client industry or sales pipeline inputs.
- Recommend product or platform enhancements for future project phases based on user feedback and analysis.
- Estimate project efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Handle multiple client engagements in parallel with consistent execution quality.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience within the IT industry.
- Experience working with both local and international clients is an advantage.

- Support all business activities assigned by the Department Head related to client delivery, operations, or opportunity development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales-facing or client-facing capacity.
- Proven experience in the eCommerce domain or working on digital commerce projects.
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.
- Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate with clients.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, project estimation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience handling multiple projects and client engagements in parallel.
- Comfortable working in an execution-oriented, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle in web/app development projects.
