Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage workforce management (WFM) processes to ensure efficient scheduling, forecasting, and real-time analysis.
  
• Analyze data from various sources such as Genesys, Real Time Analysis (RTA), and other relevant systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  
• Provide insights on labor productivity metrics to optimize resource allocation.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using historical data, seasonality, and external factors like weather or holidays.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or a similar field.
  
• Strong understanding of Genesys platform and its applications in WFM.
  
• Proficiency in Real Time Analysis (RTA) tools for data analysis.
