Job DescriptionAs a Jewellery Designer you would be :

• Working in Designing of fine Diamond Jewellery
• Involved in identifying gaps, researching (consumer, trends and markets), identifying new concepts, technology and ideas,
• Working in a design team, sketching on given design briefs, conceptualizing to getting it approved and finally handing it to the karigar for manufacturing of the goods.
• Coverting handmade designs into CAD drawing to send for CAM.
• Dealing with kaarigars and getting involved at every stage of manufacture of ornament
• Developing moodboards, inspiration boards for the launch of design collections.

Salary : Salary will be commensurate with skill and experience. No bar for a deserving candidate.

Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:(UG - B.Des.) AND (PG- M.Des.) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

• Strong illustration, rendering and sketching skills ( sketching by hand or using sketchook or procreate software)
• Should be able to convert themes, concepts and ideas into usable designs
• Proficient in software like Photoshop, Corel Draw, Jewel CAD, Rhinoceros 3D is a good to have
• Should have some understanding of the manufacturing process to understand feasibility of design
• Should be aware of Indian and International Jewellery trends

Qualification :

• Diploma/ Degree Holder in Jewellery/ Accessory Designing from a reputed institute
• Should be able to provide atleast three professional or academic references
