Assistant Area Sales Manager - Retail Sales || Jodhpur @ Berger Paints

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve retail channel sales targets in the assigned area.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase primary and secondary sales through dealerships, distributors, and general trade channels.
  
• Handle team performance management, training, and development to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.
  
• Build strong relationships with key customers (dealers) to drive business growth and expand market share.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop effective promotional activities that support sales goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Retail Sales or related field (preferably in Building Material & Paints industry).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team handling and strategy execution.
  
• Strong understanding of distribution networks, dealer handling, and retail channel sales principles.
