Role Overview
The Architect cum Senior Developer with GE Smallworld expertise in the telecom sector will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing GE Smallworld solutions tailored to the operational and business requirements of telecom service providers in Australia. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated geospatial solutions, optimizing network management, and enhancing data accuracy for fixed and wireless telecom networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop GE Smallworld-based solutions for telecom network management, ensuring robust integration with existing OSS/BSS systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of geospatial data models to support network planning, asset management, and service delivery.
- Develop advanced spatial queries and tools to analyze telecom network data effectively.
- Implement data migration, synchronization, and version control processes for geospatial data.
- Collaborate with data engineers, GIS analysts, and telecom engineers to integrate GE Smallworld solutions with third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing GE Smallworld applications.
- Conduct training and mentoring sessions to upskill junior developers in GE Smallworld development practices.
