Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Finance & Accounts department for the companys Nigerian operations.
- Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for business planning.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws (VAT, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing) and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliation functions.
- Monitor internal financial controls and systems to safeguard company assets and ensure proper financial governance.
- Liaise with banks for funding, forex management, and treasury operations.
- Support the leadership team with MIS reports, cost analysis, and strategic financial inputs.
- Handle external audits, statutory filings, and regulatory submissions.
- Experience in ERP implementation or usage (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a plus.
- Provide mentorship to junior finance team members and ensure a high-performance culture.
Key Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10 to 19 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior international exposure (preferably in Africa or Nigeria) is an added advantage.
- Strong command over accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial planning.
- Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Compensation: 30% Hike on Current Fixed Componsation + Expat Benefits (Accommodation, Travel, Medical, etc.)
Joining: Immediate to 30 Days preferred

Working Terms:
- Time-off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 21 Days off if posted in Lagos, 6 months ON 30 days OFF, if posted in Plant/Site. & subsequently followed by every 6 months once (with International & Domestic air ticket provided by the company)
- Workdays & Hours Six and half days work
- First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle (Ex: If you join in July, you will get first month salary in September then after that every month you will get regularly)
