This resource would be responsible for Helpdesk services such as logging complaints of the users, assigning severity to each call, Allocating the call to the concerned technical resource and tracking each call to its resolution.
Analyse call statistics and ensuring that all calls are attended satisfactorily and within the time limit specify in the service level agreement.
He / She would also be responsible for management and tracking of computer & network Hardware and peripherals inventory.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with diploma in Computer applications from Reputed and experience institute.
Good knowledge on use of fundamental Software i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access and should have excellent communication skills.
The candidate should have minimum four years of experience as helpdesk coordinator.
