Retired / Short Service Officer from Indian Army Corps of EME, with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of military-grade equipment ARV, T72, T90, WZ3, etc.

To lead, manage, and expand the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) vertical with a focus on quality, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and leadership experience from the Indian Armys EME Corps or similar defense background, ensuring disciplined execution and strategic development of the MRO business. Key Responsibilities: Looking after the end-to-end operations of the MRO vertical, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, overhaul programs, and inspection protocols aligned with OEM standards and customer expectations. Ensure technical excellence, equipment uptime, and optimized turnaround times. Drive quality assurance, safety standards, and compliance with defense / aviation / manufacturing norms. Coordinate with internal departments Supply Chain, QA/QC, Engineering for seamless operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with defense clients,. Identify business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives in the MRO space. Lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior staff, and promote a high-performance culture. Track KPIs like TAT (Turnaround Time), cost of maintenance, quality defects, and customer satisfaction
