- 10+ years of IT experience in either the combination of Tibco + webMethods OR Tibco + IBM ACE
- Tibco and webMethods OR ACE :
- Experience in all the integration capabilities that Tibco offers i.e Integration, Messaging, Event Processing Process Management
- Having in-depth product knowledge of in the areas of:
- Product architecture and the understanding of various components of the product
- Product configuration through native APIs
- Deeper understanding of application components like deployable packages, libraries references, adapters, application configurations and limiting to these
- Experience in designing, developing and testing integration services for various integration patterns like - Request-Reply, Asynch, PubSub, Aggregation, Orchestration, Batch/File, REST API, EDA and not limiting to these
- Have good hands-on experience in XML, XSLT, YAML standards
- Have hands-on experience of performing reverse engineering of Tibco product stack through automation e.g. through scripting or AI modules
- Have good experience in migrating Tibco artifacts to other similar product stacks e.g. webMethods or IBM ACE
- Have good experience in creating automation frameworks/utilities/tools
- Have exposure to creating custom components for the products
- Have experience in Java, Python languages
- Have managed a team of 5 to 10 people and experience providing technical guidance and help in trouble-shooting technical issues
- Have good analytical skills
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Have good stakeholder management skills
