Shift Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM; (Based on Day Light Saving)

Job Description: As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Palni, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, particularly with a focus on the US market.


Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and cold calling.
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business needs.

3. Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales process.

4. Sales Cycles:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

5. Sales Metrics:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience:

  • 4 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

3. Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.

4. Availability:

  • Flexibility to work in US hours to align with the target market.
