What you ll be doing:
- Design and implement automated development frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable observability infrastructure
- Own and deliver innovation end-to-end, from concept to shipped product
- Analyze and solve challenging problems through persistence and insight
- Work as a team with smart peers who inspire you and who are inspired by you
- Learn a ton, whether you know a lot, or nothing about system software
- Mentor and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
WHAT YOU LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 15+ years experience using Python, Go, C, C++, or related programming languages
- Deep Understanding & multi year technical leadership experience and problem-solving skills in scaling infrastructure, building tools, microservices, and improving pipeline performance
- Ability to foster collaboration across software and hardware teams to enhance developer efficiency
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with teams in Bangalore, Prague, and Santa Clara HQ.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to executive stakeholders
- A BS degree in Computer Science; Advanced degrees are a bonus!
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment.
