Job Description
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly in CSM and ITSM modules.
- Develop and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations..
- Implement ServiceNow solutions based on best practices to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Work on ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
- Perform upgrades and patch management while ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and performance.
- Maintain proper documentation for development activities, solutions, and system changes.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and governance standards.
- Apply
