Job Description
Role & responsibilities We are seeking creative, technical problem solvers to join the professional services team at the forefront
of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). As an RPA Solution Architect, you will work with major clients to
implement Automation Anywhere Enterprise solutions, aiming to reduce cycle times and errors in critical
business processes. You will also extend product functionality by integrating with various systems,
collaborating closely with support, engineering, and sales teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design solutions using Automation Anywhere best practices and take technical ownership of
project delivery (individually or as team lead).
- Lead both strategic and tactical rollouts for enterprise clients.
- Provide training (online or in-person).
- Consult with clients and partners on:
- Solution design
- Project management
- Business process improvement
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Develop and document best practices for configuration.
- Contribute to team training and development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Automation Anywhere products and services.
- Participate in demos and technical due diligence during process assessments.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong experience in:
- .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework or Hibernate)
- Java / PHP Development
- Front-end technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax, jQuery, XML
- Database experience: SQL Server, MySQL
- Full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience.
- Strong understanding of web design patterns.
- Knowledge of AARI, Bot Insight, and Multibot architecture.
- Solid grasp of data structures and optimization techniques.
- Ability to mentor teams and enforce best practices.
- Experience in leading/managing a team of at least 5 people.
- Strong stakeholder engagement to help achieve organizational goals.
