Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
Expertise in deploying AI/ML/LLM models (especially for document extraction processing)
Proven hands-on experience with Gen AI, NLP, and real-world AI deployments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud integration (especially Azure)
Experience working on small POCs, pilot solutions, and scaling AI use cases
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and ownership mindset
Ability to integrate AI solutions with existing technology stack
