Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales support, and operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as proficiency in basic computer skills. The candidate should possess outstanding coordination and follow-up skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on sales support and operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Excellent Communication & Verbal skills.
Work Mode - 5 days office
Shift - US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
Food & Cab facility will be provided.
