Job Description

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, wireframes, mock-ups, and final outputs.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other wireframing tools like Miro, Sketch, Balsamiq.
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Good understanding of mobile-first design, accessibility standards, and responsive UI patterns.
• Strong command over design systems, typography, grids, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and functional interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final visual designs.
• Lead or contribute to user research, persona creation, and usability analysis.
• Participate in product discussions and own the user journey across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
• Maintain consistency through reusable components and design guidelines.
• Identify and resolve UX bottlenecks through data insights and feedback loops.
• Continuously improve the UI/UX based on testing, feedback, and analytics.
