  • 0-3 years experience in Customer service or customer application support.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office.
  • Time management.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Basic understanding of industry-specific concepts and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training sessions to develop job-specific skills.
  • Assist in the execution of tasks and to meet the targets
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
