Role & responsibilities
Mandatory skills:
- Able to plan (In the Agile model, PI Planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Stand up, Sprint demo, review retrospectives, DoD etc.,)
- b. Able execute (Able to make sure the team is delivering the commitments by removing impediments and extending needed support to the team)
- c. Able to report the progress and metrics (Weekly reports, Agile metrics, burn down, Business value etc.,)
- d. Able to escalate in timely manner (Risk and Issue handling)
- ***People Management min 20+ , Should be able to scale the team.
- ***Account Management - Gross Margin , P&L , T&M , Fixed bid , Sow , Revenue Target
- ***Product Management have in detail understanding.
PM certification. Waterfall & Agile, Cloud, mobile, SAS, digital. Vendor Management, Governance, Project management, Scoping & budgeting, planning & Tracking, assurance & compliance, Risk Assessment & Management, Stakeholder Management, Financial skills, Presentation skills, Domain knowledge.
Optional skills:
Degree. 10+ years in IT with 5+ years delivering progressively larger and more complex projects up to $5m, teams up to 20. Communication and resilience. Story telling, Entrepreneurial skills.
