Location :-  Mumbai , Indore, Delhi



Role Scope: - The incumbent is responsible for delivering sales targets for the distributor and building sales organization capability. Depending on the business size, appropriate number of sales executives might report to this role.

Major Responsibilities: -

• Owns the sales targets for the business
• Owns the relationship with salon customers
• Executing new initiatives and launches
• Resolution of escalated issues and handling objections of customers not resolved by team
• Managing the team of sales executives
• Coach and guide sales executives to build long term capability
  
  
  

Skills Required: -



• MBA and Salon industry preferred
• Team Handling of at least 2+year
• Professional/FMCG/Pharma or similar industry
• Attributes Check: Key Account Management Skills/Team Building/Customer oriented skills/Distributor handling
