Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI Solutions, AI/ML models and algorithms,
- leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and related technologies
Champion and enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation within the AI team - Identify and address performance bottlenecks in AI models and infrastructure to ensure
efficient and scalable solutions suitable for time-sensitive operational environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong applied track record.
- Proficiency in Python and major ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Proven experience with GenAI / LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, etc.
experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and fine tuning. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and evaluation
metrics. - Experience postproduction support to AI products / applications is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Work mode & Timings: Remote, US time zone, EST, 9 am to 6 pm
