Job Description

The Business Analyst (BA) will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical data teams, focusing on leveraging our data warehouse architecture to deliver analytics, reporting, and talent insights.

The BA will elicit requirements, validate data solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives such as candidate matching, client reporting, and workforce analytics.

The ideal candidate should be an analytical thinker with strong communication skills and experience in data warehouse environments, capable of driving data-driven outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Experience on staffing domain.

Mandatory Skill- SQL (At least 3-4 years of hands on experience)
