Required a Sr Test Engineer, NewGen Customer Journeys domain knowledge is must-have
Expertise in NewGen Customer Journeys is required so that the deliverables can be assigned to the incumbent resource in an E2E Ownership mode, without much of monitoring needs
Should be able to discuss in NewGen technical terms with business and development team stakeholders Should also be able to articulate the customer needs to team members in a clear manner and work with team members on the ground
Should be good in communications and attitude as a bare minimum
Should be able to document Test Scenarios, Test Cases, identify Test Data, define RTM, Execute SIT test cases, Defect Management and able to share testing statistics as part of status reports Should be able to peer review test cases, and provide review comments
Should be aware of STLC process and would help if know about TCoE best practices Should be able to do Root Cause Analysis of production defects, and provide improvement areas to the SDLC team
