Role & responsibilities

The Odoo Business Analyst plays a crucial role in understanding client requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of Odoo ERP systems. This role involves working closely with clients to identify their business needs, documenting processes, and collaborating with the technical team to deliver customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify their needs.
Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
Work with the implementation team to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Assist in configuring and customizing Odoo ERP modules according to client requirements.
Conduct user training and provide support during and after implementation.
Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in ERP systems.
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Odoo ERP is highly desirable.
