Saudi Arabia, officially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), largest economy in the Middle East and is a key player in global trade due to its vast oil reserves. The countrys economy is undergoing a major transformation under Vision 2030, a strategic initiative aimed at reducing oil dependence and diversifying into sectors like tourism, entertainment, finance, and technology.

NaukriGulf is one of the prominent player in the Online Recruitment space in Saudi Arabia being one of the early entrants into the market.  With the economy booming in KSA we are looking at expanding and growing the team in the country to gain market penetration and share.

Educational Qualification: Any graduate

Desired experience: 15+ years

Job Objective: The objective of this role is to manage and grow the operations of NaukriGulf in the KSA market.

Job Description:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch employees.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.

3.  Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

4.  Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure the branch adheres to company policies and legal requirements in KSA.
  • Liaison with Government entities and partners to ensure compliance.

5.  Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
