Job Summary/ Your Role in a Nutshell:


We are seeking a mid-level professional with a proven ability to create high-quality, research-driven content. The ideal candidate will focus on developing thought leadership pieces and strategic content for key clients across the government, financial services, technology and cloud, heavy industries and manufacturing, as well as real estate sectors. You should also have writing experience and knowledge of cutting-edge topics such as DevOps, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, and Cloud, among others. Expertise in content strategy and optimisation, stakeholder management, and performance reporting is essential.


What youll do:

  • Research, understand, and create technical content in various formats, including blogs, whitepapers, video scripts, data sheets, battle cards, and brochures
  • Develop thought leadership and strategic content tailored for clients in Government, Financial Services, Technology/Cloud, and Heavy Industries/Manufacturing sectors
  • Convey technical information in a persuasive, concise, and effective manner customized to client requirements and brand guidelines
  • Simplify complex concepts to maximize reader comprehension using a creative and persuasive writing style
  • Collaborate with client, content marketers, designers, technical teams, and practice teams to achieve desired results
  • Create and manage a content calendar based on customer requirements
  • Customize tone and writing style for different audiences across geographies (US, ANZ, India, etc.)

What you need:

  • B.Tech & MBA with 4+ years of experience in writing long-form content in a software/B2B technology company or fintech or other sectors mentioned above
  • Demonstrated experience in developing research-driven, high-quality, and strategic content for diverse sectors, including Government, Financial Services, Technology/Cloud, and Heavy Industries/Manufacturing
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to write and edit in various styles for different audiences
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ensure quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
  • Passion for content, proactive attitude, and multitasking ability to deliver with minimal supervision
