    JOB TITLE: Associate Professor DEPARTMENT: Learning & Development (L&D) LOCATION: No:926/4(A2), Devendra Avenue, Koman Nagar, Thaiyur, Chennai 603103 EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time About Spacezone India Spacezone India is a pioneering organization dedicated to transforming aerospace education. Through our Learning & Development (L&D) wing, we deliver high-impact STEM-based programs to schools and institutions across India. We also manage operational logistics, including warehouse oversight for educational kits and materials that power these programs. Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and versatile L&D Team Lead with a Masters in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the education wing, designing impactful STEM programs, driving institutional outreach, and overseeing warehouse operations to ensure seamless delivery of materials. This is a mission-driven leadership role that blends education, outreach, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the L&D team in developing and delivering aerospace-focused STEM programs for schools. Design curriculum, hands-on workshop content, and training modules aligned with real-world aerospace concepts. Build and nurture partnerships with schools, academic bodies, and CSR programs to expand outreach. Drive lead generation and revenue growth through strategic engagement and program delivery. Oversee warehouse and logistics operations related to educational kits and workshop materials. Manage inventory, dispatch, and return of resources used in programs to ensure timely availability and operational efficiency. Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, marketing, and logistics) to streamline delivery and optimize impact. Continuously monitor program and operational performance, implementing improvements as needed. Qualifications and Experience Masters degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 2-5 years of experience in education/training and warehouse or logistics management. Proven experience in leading teams and managing education programs. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Business development or EdTech experience is a plus. Desirable Skills Passion for teaching and educational outreach. Working knowledge of inventory tools or warehouse management systems. Experience coordinating STEM events, workshops, or educational logistics.
