Job Description
- Job Purpose The Purpose of this role includes quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort. Ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the test resources. Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort. Advocating the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important : Analysing the Requirement Creation of Test Plan Co-ordinate with project specific SPOC & teams Assigning, Monitoring task to the resource and tracking all the task to get completed within Given timeline. Review Of Following Deliverables Test scenario Co-ordinating with another Department. Reviewing & publishing the test results to the stakeholders Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort Report and escalate to management as needed Testing team management, time management and Adherence to the schedules Identifying training requirements for team & organizing the same Resources Capability Development Planning Technical as well Domain Expertise Maintaining & updating all the QA Artefacts Having capacity and experience on entire Testing life cycle. Review the day to day delivery work, ensuring a robust process implementation, identifying project delivery risks and work on risk mitigation. Manage end-to-end delivery of testing on large scale / complex / critical and Competencies : Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices Advanced knowledge of Planning and Management Should have exposure in Microfinance Good in Communication and Human or Interpersonal Skills. Proficient in Decision-making, Problem Solving and People Development Excellent time and project management skills and improve inefficient processes Excellent time and project management skills, should always be looking to improve inefficient Qualifications : Bachelors Certification : Six Sigma / Lean / Scrum preferred ITIL Prince 2 / Experience : 8 12 Path / Career Progression : Completed 2 Years in this role Testing Manager is eligible to apply for the following internal (ref:hirist.tech),
