Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in supporting applications developed using .NET (C#) and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to provide advanced support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functioning of software systems. This role is based at our Ambattur (Chennai) office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for enterprise-level .NET-based applications.
  • Analyze issues related to C# code, web services, and SQL Server databases.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, log analysis, and incident resolution.
  • Execute SQL queries to diagnose data-related issues and perform data fixes when required.
  • Work closely with the development team to replicate issues and escalate bugs.
  • Assist in minor application enhancements, hotfixes, and patch releases.
  • Document resolution steps, technical guides, and user-facing knowledge base articles.
  • Interact with end-users or client-side IT teams to gather issue details and provide timely updates.
  • Participate in release testing and validation activities.
  • Monitor system logs and proactively identify potential issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in technical support or software maintenance roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET Framework (Windows/Web applications).
  • Proficient in SQL Server writing queries, stored procedures, debugging SQL errors.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and application architecture.
  • Experience working with issue tracking systems like Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Ability to debug and analyze logs using tools like Postman, Fiddler, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
