We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources personnel to oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with company managers to support their HR needs while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
What we expect you to do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment insights.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive work environment by implementing engagement programs and initiatives.
Address employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution while ensuring fair practices.
Promote an open-door policy and encourage effective communication within the organization.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with onboarding requirements.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Assist in developing and implementing performance management frameworks.
Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Work closely with managers to identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.
Oversee the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and final settlements.
Ensure a smooth transition while maintaining positive relationships with departing employees.
Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment OR HR.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to handle employee concerns and HR challenges effectively.
