Role Summary As a Business Analyst, you will be the liaison between the Product Management team and the Engineering team. You will be responsible for translating product strategy into actionable user stories, ensuring that product features are delivered on time and meeting business and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize product and release backlogs in alignment with the product roadmap.
Translate high-level product strategies into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify dependencies and risks, proactively addressing them to ensure smooth delivery.
Act as a liaison between product managers and agile development teams to ensure shared understanding and clarity.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.)
Evaluate sprint progress and help refine processes for improved delivery and team collaboration.
Assist in maintaining and evolving the product roadmap in partnership with Product Management.
Understand the U.S. healthcare Risk Adjustment landscape and integrate domain knowledge into product decisions. Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in SaaS, platform, or API-based products.
Exposure to the U.S. healthcare industry is a strong plus.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred. Core Competencies
