Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team. As a Lead Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to business users, ensuring smooth operations and system performance. You will interact with both technical teams and business users to deliver optimal solutions and improve the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, providing support through phone and email.
    • Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clear explanations and troubleshooting steps to users at all levels.
    • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related applications.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide in-depth support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Sales and Customer Service modules.
    • Utilize Basic SQL knowledge to query and manipulate data as needed for troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate, leveraging these tools to automate workflows and enhance system efficiency.
    • Hands-on experience with XRM Toolbox, Sitemap Editor, and FetchXML Builder to customize and maintain the Dynamics environment.
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
    • Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex user issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and supervise a team of engineers, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
    • Provide guidance and training to junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
