Job Description
Role Description:-
Inventory & Fulfilment Management
- Maintain healthy stock levels across all distribution centres and kitchens while
avoiding overstocking or obsolescence.
- Track and manage in-transit inventory, pipeline visibility, and inventory health
(expiry, damage, aging).
- Ensure >98% fill rate across SKUs to support uninterrupted kitchen operations.
- Plan and execute inventory for new product development and seasonal/marketing
campaigns.
Logistics & Cost Management
- Track logistics spends (primary and secondary freight) and drive cost efficiencies
through route planning, consolidation, or rate optimization.
- Ensure timely movement of goods between vendors, central warehouses, and
kitchens.
Process & Systems
- Maintain accurate master data (lead times, MOQ, shelf life, weight) and improve
planning accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with the demand planning and replenishment teams to align
supply with forecasts.
- Identify and resolve process gaps that impact supply reliability or inventory
efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate dashboards and reports to track category KPIs: service level, inventory
turnover, landed cost, lead times.
- Perform root cause analysis for stock-outs, delays, or excess stock and implement
corrective actions.
