MH Quality Manager
Job Description Summary MH Quality Manager The MH Quality Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end quality processes at the Mother Hub (MH), ensuring compliance with defined quality standards, minimizing defects and DEQs, and improving operational efficiency. This includes overseeing audits, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), while actively collaborating with cross-functional teams. The MH Quality Manager will play a key role in maintaining high operational quality, enabling continuous improvement, and supporting the organizations broader quality and customer experience goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Defect, Damage, Expiry and Quality issues Reduction: o Analyze damage, Quality issues and defect metrics, track performance against targets, and propose actionable improvements. o Collaborate with operations teams to ensure defect-free handling and dispatch processes. Quality Management & System Implementation: o Implement and oversee quality systems at the Mother Hub, ensuring alignment with organizational quality goals. o Drive compliance with established quality standards across inbound, storage, and outbound processes. Audit and NC Management: o Conduct regular audits to evaluate process adherence and identify gaps. o Manage non-conformities (NCs) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. o Track NCs with aging analysis and report on key trends. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): o Conduct RCA for key quality issues, identify systemic gaps, and propose long-term solutions. o Work with the operations team to ensure consistent implementation of solutions. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: o Develop and maintain performance dashboards for key metrics such as DQ performance (target vs. actual) and defect %. o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track trends and identify improvement opportunities. Training & Awareness: o Conduct regular training sessions to improve team knowledge of quality systems, audit processes, and best practices. o Sensitize teams to quality objectives and ensure adherence to standards across all activities. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: o Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Process Design, Technology, etc.) to embed quality as a core part of hub operations. o Ensure clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve quality challenges effectively. Continuous Improvement: o Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to improve overall quality standards. o Implement systems to monitor, measure, and optimize operational quality performance. Flexibility: o Be open to extending work hours to meet targets during high-demand periods. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management within Supply Chain, Distribution, or E-commerce industries, Pharma Industries. Certifications (Preferred): o ISO Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification. o Lean / Six Sigma certification.
Background: Experience in managing quality operations for large-scale warehouse or hub setups is preferred.
Key Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL, process mapping, and data analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present facts and actionable insights clearly. Proven ability to lead and conduct training programs across diverse employee levels. Deep knowledge of audit processes, NC/CAPA management, and operational excellence principles.
