Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in Quality Assurance processes and a background in the US banking domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JIRA, and exposure to AI technologies and automation testing using C# with Selenium is a strong plus.

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of software systems in the US banking/financial services domain.
• Work closely with developers, BAs, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality products.
• Defect management and reporting using JIRA.
• Collaborate with the automation team or contribute directly to automation testing (C# Selenium).
• Leverage AI-based tools or techniques (if applicable) to enhance QA processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
• Proven experience in the US banking or financial services domain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred skills:

• Experience or familiarity with AI technologies or tools relevant to QA.
• Exposure to or hands-on with automation testing using C# and Selenium.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
