Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with suitable options.
- Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in IT staffing or related field (Domestic).
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
- Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent staffing, C2H, IT staffing, non-IT recruitment concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
