Senior Software Engineer - Backend ( Rust ) @ Impact Analytics

Job Description

What lands you in this role

• 4-7 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Rust and its ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with C/C++ and understanding of memory management, concurrency, and system-level programming.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
• Knowledge of low-level networking, system calls, and multithreading.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and cloud-based services is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in enterprise application development and SAAS domains.
• Understanding of Web Assembly (Wasm) and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
