Manager - Staff Augmentation @ Locus It Services

Job Description

• Responsible for the Contract Staffing business and the development & management of the team.

• Maintains full responsibility of Staffing business which includes profitability, upscaling of business, budgeting and business operations

• Directly responsible to manage performance of team members through necessary interventions and training.

• Stay up-to-date on labour legislation and Staffing related Statutory Acts.

• Acquire new business for company by on-boarding and signing new customers.

• Interact with a variety of company stakeholders across industries/domains and build relationships with prospective organizations.

Required Profile:

• Strong experience on IT Recruitment

• Managing accounts or customer coordination

• Excellent written and oral communication in English

• 4-6 Years of industry experience

• Fair understanding of Data Science & Analytics products/technologies
