Job Title: Java Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development, and be capable of building robust and scalable backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions
  
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
  
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
  
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers if required
  
• Integrate with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and third-party APIs
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot
  
• Experience in building REST APIs and working with JSON/XML
  
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA
  
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
  
• Experience with version control tools (Git)
  
• Familiarity with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Microservices Architecture
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
  
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
  
• Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
