Production and Support Engineer @ Innominds Software

Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Workflow Automation & Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows, ETL pipelines, and API integrations across our business systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data integration tools, API management, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, Workato, Make, n8n, or Apache Airflow.
  
• Develop and manage ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data between systems and data warehouses.
  
• Integrate internal and third-party APIs to streamline data flows and reduce manual processes.
  
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to gather integration requirements.
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows and data pipelines for performance and reliability.
  
• Maintain clear documentation for all integration and automation processes.
  
• Ensure data integrity and security in all integrations.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, ETL, or API integration roles.
  
• Strong experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, n8n, Make, Apache Airflow).
  
• Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi, AWS Glue, dbt).
  
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and OAuth authentication.
  
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or another scripting language for custom logic.
  
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake).
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
  

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  
• Knowledge of message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms or enterprise integration patterns.
  
• Experience working in agile teams or using Jira/Confluence.
