Adobe Systems India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
  • you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth
  • You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify target markets, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers
  • Responsibilities:Lead generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals
  • Utilize social media platforms, professional networks, and other resources to expand the reach and visibility of the company
  • Prospecting and qualification: Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine their fit with the company's products or services
  • Relationship building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and rapport building
  • Understand their business challenges and pain points, and position the company's offerings as solutions that meet their needs
  • Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, value proposition, and competitive advantages
  • Articulate the features, benefits, and unique selling points to prospects in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Consultative selling: Adopt a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide value-added recommendations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements
  • Sales pipeline management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes
  • Collaboration with internal teams: Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on target market trends and customer preferences
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support the transition from lead generation to sales closure
  • Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and refine the company's value proposition
  • Professional development: Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through self-learning, attending industry conferences, and participating in professional development programs
  • Stay abreast of best practices in business development and sales techniques
  • Requirements:Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales or business development are advantageous
  • Sales and business development experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects, articulate value propositions, and build rapport
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Relationship building abilities: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to build trust, listen actively, and understand client needs
  • Results-driven mindset: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively to achieve desired outcomes
