Job Description


JOB PURPOSE:


Drive Bus Operator acquisition on Dynamic Pricing. Engage deeply with bus operators who are on dynamic pricing to ensure retention on the product through understanding/ predicting the problem/requirement areas and work with bus operators, BD teams and product teams to solve them. The role will help the Bus operator understand the DP value proposition and the product nuances better through timely interventions.

RESPONSIBILITIES.


  • Responsible for Bus Operator service acquisition on to Dynamic Pricing through collaboration with the Regional Team
  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the Bus operator post activation
  • Maintain regular communication with both the external and internal teams, constantly handling customer expectations.
  • Ongoing selling of the nuances of the solution and the benefit delivered to the bus operator.
  • Ensure BO expectation setting
  • Proactively intervene & guide on pricing related queries & best strategies
  • Handle Bus Operator Objections
  • Present various reports - performance and internal tracking to bus operators and internal teams
  • Train and evangelise Dynamic pricing BOs on various product Dashboards
  • Liaisons with product team for solution deployment as well as help incorporate feedback from bus operators.

Educational Qualification: MBA Marketing


Preferred Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 2 to 5 Years
