Inside Sales Executive (Lead Generation) Infrastructure
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Infrastructure department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, with strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the field sales and project teams to drive business growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our infrastructure services and generate qualified leads.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and update with lead information and follow-up actions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company s services and offerings to provide accurate information.
