Job Description :

1. Managing the end to end recruitment process.
2. Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting with the hiring process and candidate selection.
3. Coordinating employee onboarding
4. Managing employee time-off and leave requests, including ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Monitoring and tracking employee attendance, including absences, tardiness, and leave.
